Scott Russell founded BlueBear Solutions in 2010, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership in litigation support.
A University of Georgia alum with a degree in Management Information Systems, Scott began his career in 2005 and quickly established himself as a trusted expert aiding attorneys to construct compelling cases. Over his career, Scott has played a pivotal role in supporting high-stakes trials, including major patent litigations such as Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., et al. v. Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., et al., and landmark antitrust cases such as In Re Nexium. Scott's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in guiding both BlueBear and trial teams throughout the country. He resides in Atlanta with his family and enjoys traveling and listening to live music in his free time.
George Inmon is a Principal at BlueBear Solutions, where he expertly manages operations and leverages his extensive courtroom consulting experience. George has a proven track record of supporting hundreds of trial teams and excels in handling some of the largest and most complex legal matters across the country. Renowned for his ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, he ensures that every engagement benefits from BlueBear's personalized and strategic approach. Outside of his professional pursuits, George cherishes spending time with his family in Nashville and indulging in his passion for the outdoors and live music.

With 16 years of experience as a hot-seat operator and 13 yrs as an Air Traffic Controller in the Air Force overseas in the Azores during Desert Shield/Storm, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He loves the strategy side of trials, providing "juror perspective" insights to clients and traveling to trials across the country. He is a native of Marvell, Arkansas and currently lives in Munford, TN with his wife and three children. Scott enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and mountain biking with his family and friends in his free time.

Chris grew up in Tucker, GA and has lived in the Atlanta area for 50 years. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and golfing.

Chad brings a unique perspective to visual presentation and messaging to his current role. When not hard at work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family at home in Cumming, Georgia.
